Our House!

Well here you are folks!!

This is our house,

well, the house we have an offer on.

You see,

It's a short sale and we put the offer in on Jan. 5th, 2013.

...as you can see,

today is Feb. 19th, 2013,

and we still have not moved in.

It is killing us to stay one more day in our tiny apartment,

just knowing that we could be living here.

They have told us that it could be

a minimum of 3 months before we close on our,

house.

You gotta love short sales!

However, if we do get it,

it will be one heck of a steal.

We can't wait to move in and make it our own,

sometimes I think we watch too much HGTV!!

Here is to the next few months.

In the meantime,

we will keep looking!
